I wanted to start a blog where we can journey together in the world of cooking. Over the years I have met many women who do not know how to cook or choose not to. This is unfortunate because cooking can be such a great adventure. The pride of producing a dish that satisfies not only the palete but the soul is unmatched. Of course there are the moments of utter failure when you have produced something of less quality than you intended.
